At The Foggy Dog, we want you and your pup to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
